Sync PDFs from Google Drive to make work easier, we won't need to download and upload them every time for chats. This will save time and make more productive.

We must have a storage solution for managing HTML assets such as images, logos, etc., as well as PDF documents. Key functionalities include easy file upload/download and the ability to generate sharable links.
